Goldyn Rae's Leda is nothing short of amazing. Her fleece BURSTS with luster, is extremely fine, and is consistent from neck to hip. She has great conformation and a gentle disposition. Exhibiting what some would describe as "Elite Fleece", Leda won First Place and Reserve Color Champion at GWAS 2017 at not quite eight months of age.
Leda's sire is Kahuna son Pucara PureSuri Kahuna's Lexus. Lexus' fleece grew out with exceptional density. His combined fineness, luster and independent locking exhibits his royal lineage. Sired by none other than the five times Futurity Light Herdsire of the Year Pucara Kahuna, he displays a supreme Suri phenotype.
Leda's dam Illyria is from the Sedoso & Uribe and the rare & sought-after Ganador & Starbuck lines. This who's who of accoyo royalty held great fiber stats including a 22.6 micron at six years of age. Illyria consistently throws very fine, lustrous offspring.
Leda's 14 month Histogram Results: 16.1 microns / SD 3.2 / CV 20.0 % / 0.8 % > 30.
Leda had a beautiful white wrinkled-skin daughter (Yara) from Mont Blanc son Alejandro in 2019. Yara went on to win Supreme Champion at the 2020 National Show as a juvie!! Leda had a full brother to Yara in 2020. The birth was once again flawless, Leda is loaded with milk, and she is an excellent mother. She is rebred to Alejandro for a 2021 cria to continue this winning combination.
Mont Alejandro won First Place and White Color Champion at the 2017 AOA National Show. He is a gorgeous male with excellent luster, tons of fiber, and a gentle disposition. Alejandro hit it out of the park with his first round of offspring summer 2018.
Alejandro's sire, HHSF Accoyo Lafite's Mont Blanc, needs no introduction! Mont Blanc boasts TOP 1% in 6 out of 7 EPD traits for the last 2 years! He won multiple Color Championships and Judge's Choice awards, was named Reserve Light Herdsire of the Year at the 2012 & 2013 Futurity, and has produced multiple champion-winning offspring.

Ian Watt described Leda's biopsy data as "exceptional" and that her density "ranks in the top 5% of suri female alpacas" he has tested. Ian further stated that "the uniformity of each fiber population is exceptional with the number of fibers under 17 microns being indicative of a small population of derived secondary follicles, a much sought after fleece style".
